I am in charge of setting an artistic standard, keeping each character at this level and following up with feedback, workshops and tutorials. This experience improved me not only as an artist but also as a leader within a team. Now at Ubisoft, I have a great opportunity to work on the characters of a brand like Assassin's Creed. I learned to organize my own tasks and interact effectively with outsourcing studios. I loved being involved in the definition of a solid character design that follows the needs of the story and the technical aspects related to the game. At Rebellion, I improved on many aspects of the entire pipeline. I constantly follow their work and I am extremely proud of their trajectory.

In those years the community was not so developed and the information had to be found in a few dedicated magazines and books, but for me the turning point was Gilberto Magno's workshop on creating a game character. 'It all starts with pencils, sketchbooks and a course of study in classic animation, but I've always been fascinated by everything related to character design and with the discovery of ZBrush I started to migrate towards the 3D world.
